I gunzipped and ran the scanModem file, which created a new directory called Modem that didn't help me very much. The kernel won't accept the modules because the HSF modems override the modem modules already in Linux, and using modprobe says "Invalid module format -1". I am having a big compatibility issue using Linuxant HSF modem drivers in Linux.
